The New Home Company introduces NUVO Artisan Square in North Natomas
Bigger isn’t always better. Sometimes smaller is better and easier too. That’s the premise of a recently unveiled neighborhood by The New Home Company called NUVO, a new way to design and build homes to fit how today’s buyers want to live for less.
To introduce this concept, NEW HOME has announced plans for NUVO Artisan Square, a community of 145 twostory, allelectric townhomes in North Natomas near Sacramento. Construction is now underway on the residences, designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, ranging from 1,227 to 1,336 square feet of living space with up to three bedrooms and two and onehalf baths. Pricing is anticipated to begin in the mid $300,000s.
Located just minutes from Downtown Sacramento with direct proximity to the Sacramento International Airport, new retail centers and major employment hubs such as Amazon, a Grand Opening for NUVO Artisan Square is anticipated for March 2020.
About EVO: EVO is NEW HOME’s smart home technology package included in the price of each home at NUVO Artisan Square – including Smart Switch Light Control, WiFi Thermostat, Video Doorbell, Keyless Entry Door Lock, Whole Home WiFi, WiFi Garage Door Opener, and White Glove Orientation for setup and training of all products.
About NUVO: an approach to homeownership which focuses on attainability through a balance of cost, space and connectivity, while offering its customers a choice in how they want to live. For NEW HOME, it starts with a creative approach to land acquisition, working to identify underutilized properties in areas that need new housing and have the potential for thriving residential neighborhoods that are well designed and thoughtfully priced.
