Raiders place Incognito on IR

The Las Vegas Raiders placed starting left guard Richie Incognito on injured reserve with an Achilles injury, the latest injury to their offensive line.

Incognito left Monday night’s 3424 win over New Orleans in the first quarter. He will be eligible to return Oct. 25 against Tampa Bay.

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Tyrod Taylor reportedly missed last Sunday’s game because a team doctor accidentally punctured his lung. Rookie Justin Herbert will get his second NFL start on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.
