Rockets halt skid at 20

The Rockets ended their losing streak at 20 games Monday night, as John Wall had his first tripledoub­le in five years in a 11799 win over Toronto in Houston.

Houston’s skid was tied for the ninth worst in NBA history and the longest since Philadelph­ia’s recordsett­ing, 28game losing streak across the 201415 and 201516 seasons.

Wall had 19 points, 10 assists and 11 rebounds, his first tripledoub­le since Feb. 5, 2016. That helped the Rockets get their first win since Feb. 4.

Houston also handed the Raptors their ninth straight loss, which now represents the NBA’s longest active losing streak.

Kings 119, Cavaliers 105:

De’Aaron Fox scored 30 points and Sacramento completed its longest road trip of the season with a win over Cleveland.

Clippers 119, Hawks 110: Kawhi Leonard scored 25 points, Terance Mann added a seasonhigh 21 and host Los Angeles rallied

from a 22point deficit in the second half to snap Atlanta’s winning streak at eight games.

Grizzlies 132, Celtics 126: Ja Morant had 29 points to push Memphis to an overtime win over visiting Boston. Jaylen Brown led the Celtics with 27 points.

Thunder 112, T’wolves 103:

Shai GilgeousAl­exander scored 31 points and visiting Oklahoma City relied on strong 3point shooting to beat Minnesota.

Hornets 100, Spurs 97: Gordon Hayward scored 27 points to help Charlotte hold off host San Antonio, the Hornets’ first game since losing LaMelo Ball to injury.

Jazz 120, Bulls 95: Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points to lead Utah to a rout in Chicago.

Bucks 140, Pacers 113: Jrue Holiday had 28 points and 14 assists, and host Milwaukee overcame the absence of Giannis Antetokoum­po to breeze past Indiana.
