Elegant luxury tower on the rise in Vancouver

- Contact:

Astriking, three-dimensional residential tower is rising in Vancouver. Fifteen Fifteen, located in the city’s exclusive Coal Harbour neighborhood, will stand 42 stories tall and represents architect Ole Scheeren’s first architectural project in North America.

The building’s defining features are a series of glass-enclosed cantilevers that give the tower an angled physique.

“My vision for Fifteen Fifteen was to forge an immersive threedimensional connection between nature, urban living and personal space,” said Scheeren, who collaborated with developers Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties on the project. “The building actively positions the individual within its distinct community and embraces Vancouver’s breathtaking landscape. I believe that the space of architecture can not only enrich our life, but also define us as human beings.”

A highlight of the building are the 18 Observatory residences, which make use of the aforementioned glass cantilevers to frame views of the water, mountains and cityscape.

There are also studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units available, as well as a series of penthouses.

Scheeren was integral to the design process, selecting stylish fittings, high-end appliances and state-of-the-art audio/visual and home automation systems from manufacturers like Dada, Dornbracht, Miele and Bang & Olufsen.

Fifteen Fifteen is mere minutes from Stanley Park, the Pacific Ocean, the North Shore Mountains and a row of luxury boutiques along Alberni Street.

A total of 69 floor plans are available to choose from, and prices start at $900,000.

Luxury amenities at the tower aiming for LEED Gold Certification include a 24-hour auto valet and concierge service, a fitness studio and a yoga room with locker and towel service. The 29th and 30th floors are devoted to lounges with 270-degree views.

“We have partnered with one of the world’s most celebrated architects and a curated team of world-class collaborators to set a new standard of luxury in Vancouver,” said Lorne Segal, founder and president of Kingswood Properties. “This is a project I am really proud to be bringing to life as it meets my philosophy of quality over quantity.”
