Antone G Cincotta Jr

Antone George Cincotta, Jr was born in San Francisco to Antone G. Cincotta, Sr and Adolfina Cincotta. He passed away peacefully at his home in Novato on December 14, 2021. He is pre deceased by his wife of 53 years Faye Cincotta, and his brother Serge Cincotta. He is survived by his children: Antone III, Delphine, Michael, Brian, Maria and Christophe­r. As well as granddaugh­tersNicole and Ashley Amaral, and daughter-in-law Yen Cincotta.

Skip, as he was known to many, was raised in San Francisco. He attended St. Ignatius Prep School and then went on to USF. He then served in the Korean War and afterwards attended Hastings School of Law. As an attorney, he was in Private Practice for thirty years, and then went on to serve as a Juvenile Court Judge on retirement in 1992.

Upon retiring in 1992 he and his wife enjoyed traveling to Hawaii and Italy. He enjoyed fine food, but also lived a healthy lifestyle. His interests included collecting brass engines, spending time in his workshop and flying remote control airplanes at Hamilton field with other enthusiast­s. He obtained his pilots license in 1991 and enjoyed piloting his own plane. In 1974 he and his wife founded a youth mini bike park in Novato.

He was friends to many from all walks of life. He was a loving Father who made time for his wife, children and grandchild­ren.

A viewing we be held on January 4th, 2022 from 4-8 P. M. with a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. at Keaton’s Redwood Chapel of Marin in Novato. Funeral mass will be celebrated on January 5th, 2022 at 10:30 A. M. at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Novato. Internment at Valley Memorial Park, Novato. In lieu of flowers, donations to The American Cancer Society are welcome.
