Gov. Eamons’ (Helen Hunt) education strategy ultimately could harm her re-election campaign.

7 p.m. on NBC Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

A prominent business family circles the wagons around one of its members, accused of sexual assault by a bartender, in “Decline and Fall.” Guest stars include Bob Gunton (Royal Pains), Raphael Sbarge (Once Upon a Time) and Sarah Clarke (24). Mariska Hargitay, Kelli Giddish, Ice-T, Raul Esparza and Peter Scanavino star. A repeat of the show’s 400th episode, which Hargitay also directed, follows.

7 p.m. on TNT Major Crimes

The new “Shockwave, Part 2” wraps up a two-part season finale that started last week. Sharon Rayder (Mary McDonnell) and her resourcefu­l Major Crimes squad finally has discovered the identity of the bomber her division has been pursuing. Now they just have to figure out what he plans to be his next target before he strikes again. G.W. Bailey, Tony Denison and Michael Paul Chan also star.

8 p.m. on PBS American Experience

The conclusion of the new miniseries “The Great War” appropriat­ely encompasse­s the end of World War I, with President Woodrow Wilson relying heavily on General John Pershing to ensure victory. While troops faced challenges on overseas battlefiel­ds, a flu outbreak posed a crisis at home. Ultimately, foreign leaders sought a ceasefire on Wilson’s terms — and it took effect on Nov. 11, 1918, at a cost of 50,000 lives of the soldiers known as “doughboys.”

8 p.m. on CBS Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders

What happened to two U.S. flight attendants who landed in Singapore, then disappeare­d? That’s the question that the Internatio­nal Response Team tries to answer in the new episode “Cinderella and the Dragon,” with Garrett (Gary Sinise) and a local police inspector (guest star Tzi Ma, pictured) trying to work together effectivel­y to find the missing duo. Alana De La Garza, Daniel Henney, Annie Funke and Tyler James Williams also star. Another episode follows.
