Death on the way

People will die due to actions already taken by Environmental Protection Agency administrator Scott Pruitt and President Donald Trump.

When that death toll number exceeds 3,000, will we charge them with crimes against humanity?

Will we send them to Guantánamo, like terrorists after 9/11?

This is only the beginning of American carnage.

The health care costs will be substantial. Republicans claim their health care bill will reduce the federal deficit.

However, health care money will have to come from somewhere, so state, county and municipal taxes will rise.

With 22 million more people using the emergency room as a primary care provider, costs will skyrocket. Hospitals and insurance companies will charge more for less care and coverage.

The federal government might save money under this plan, but you won’t.

Republicans are willing to toss 22 million people overboard to cut taxes for the wealthy. After that they want to cut taxes for the rich. Jeff Sussmann
