The title “The More You Ne-Yo” doesn’t leave a lot of doubt about one of the celebrity players here. Why, yes ... it’s Ne-Yo, the current World of

Dance judge, who’s joined by fellow music star Michael Bolton in trying to help civilian contestant­s win $25,000. Spouses Nick and Vanessa Lachey, Chris Parnell and J.B. Smoove also partake in a variety of party games in a backyard setting. Jane Lynch is the host.

8 p.m. on ABC Battle of the Network Stars

A CHiPs reunion is in store in the new episode “Cops vs. TV Sitcoms,” as “Ponch” and “Jon” — Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox — compete on the squad that includes actors who used to be in police shows. That team also includes Jodi Lyn O’Keefe, pictured, formerly of Nash Bridges. Among the sitcom veterans who participat­e for the opposition are Todd Bridges (Diff’rent Strokes), Dave Foley (NewsRadio, Dr. Ken) and Jenna von Oy (Blossom).

8 p.m. on CW Hooten & the Lady

As the title of this new episode indicates, “Egypt” is the next destinatio­n for Hooten and Alex (Michael Landes, Ophelia Lovibond). Their quest this time is to find the tomb of Alexander the Great, but others who live in the region don’t want them to — in a very big and potentiall­y lethal way. Jane Seymour, Jonathan Bailey, Shaun Parkes and Jessica Hynes also star.

9 p.m. on NBC The Night Shift

Cases resulting from a hotel fire tax several of the doctors in the new episode “Family Matters.” That title has a lot to do with a visit Paul (Robert Bailey Jr.) gets from his sister (guest star Erica Tazel, “Justified”), a noted doctor who pitches in as things get increasing­ly busier at the hospital. Kenny (JR Lemon) faces a challenge through Drew’s (Brendan Fehr) support group. TC (Eoin Macken) has an emotional homecoming. Jill Flint and Scott Wolf also star.

9 p.m. on CBS Zoo

Upon being arrested, Jamie (Kristen Connolly) needs eyes and ears on the outside to continue her mission, and she finds those in Mitch and Logan (Billy Burke, Josh Salatin) in the new episode “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” They take up the hunt for those who have been sterilizin­g humans. Athena Karkanis and Hilary Jardine continue their guest roles. James Wolk, Nonso Alonzie, Alyssa Diaz and Gracie Dzienny also star.
