6 p.m. on LIFE Project Runway

Emmy-winning hosts Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn return for Season 16 of the reality competitio­n series, this time with a (literally) plus-size twist: This season’s models range in size from 0 to 22, which means the designers will be expected to create flattering styles for women of any size within that range. In addition to Klum, Nina Garcia, pictured, and Zac Posen return to the judging panel, along with such rotating guest judges as Demi Lovato, Katie Holmes, Olivia Munn and Kate Upton.

7 p.m. on ABC Boy Band

“America, It’s Decision Time!” ... and that’s not just the title of this penultimat­e new episode, it’s also the fact of the hour, since it will launch a voting period for viewers that runs until the next night. With eight finalists left for what will be a boy band of five, everything is on the line for the remaining contenders as they give solo performanc­es. Emma Bunton, Nick Carter and Timbaland are the music-profession­al “architects,” and Rita Ora is the host.

7 p.m. on BRAVO Flipping Out

Jeff Lewis, everyone’s favorite obsessive-compulsive house flipper, undertakes his most daunting project yet — fatherhood — as this unscripted series opens its 10th season. Perversely, Jeff responds to the stress of preparing for the baby’s arrival by demolishin­g his newly renovated home (metaphor alert!) and buying a new home in the Hollywood Hills. As usual, this all means more stress for his life partner, Gage, loyal assistant Jenni and Zoila, his unflappabl­e housekeepe­r.

Girlfriend­s’ Guide to Divorce As Season 4 of this hit sitcom opens, Abby and Barbara (Lisa Edelstein, Retta) — having put their dating lives temporaril­y on hold — decide to partner up and create a website for women of their age called “Lady Parts.” Seeking an “influencer,” they try to land starlet Temple Hampton (Denise Richards), who is dating Will (Warren Christie), Abby’s ex. Beau Garrett, Alanna Ubach and Necar Zadegan also return to their familiar series roles.

8:30 p.m. on TBS The Guest Book

Jaime Pressly stars in “Story Four” as Christy, who’s hoping to get closer to new boyfriend Paul (John Ortiz) and his little daughter during a weekend in the mountains. Unfortunat­ely, her nervousnes­s leads her to self-medicate a bit too heavily and she winds up revealing a few skeletons in her closet.
