The top 30 competitors from Kansas City, Mo., return to that city for a chance to compete in the national finals on one of the most challenging obstacle courses in the world. Dan Polizzi, pictured, Lance Pekus and Brandon Mears are among the Ninjas coming back to put their athletic mettle on the line once more. Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila host, with Kristine Leahy as co-host, in the new “Kansas City Finals.”

Jesse and Tulip (Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga) have been through a lot together, but in the new episode “Dirty Little Secret,” she discovers he’s been lying to her about something that just may be unforgivable. On a happier front for him, Jesse learns more about God’s whereabouts after connecting with an improbable source of information. Joseph Gilgun also stars.
8 p.m. on A&E Escaping Polygamy
In the new “Give Me Back My Daughters, Part 2,” Jessica and Kollene’s mission is complicated severely when they learn that Suzette’s manipulative and potentially violent sister-wife is watching Rosie’s every move like a hawk. Meanwhile, Jessica takes a very public and politically charged stance against polygamy in a controversial hearing before the Utah legislature.
8:30 p.m. on TBS People of Earth
Ozzie (Wyatt Cenac) finally works up enough courage to confront former boss Jonathan Walsh (Michael Cassidy) about his true identity as an alien in the new episode “Why Can’t We Be Friends?” Meanwhile, an increasingly manic Richard (Brian Huskey) teams up with Agent Foster (Nasim Pedrad) on her search for Walsh after he’s fired from his job. Ana Gasteyer and Luka Jones also star.

A shocked Will (Laurie Davidson) learns of Alice’s (Olivia DeJonge) new passion in the new episode “Your Houses,” a reference to the
Romeo and Juliet line “A plague on both your houses.” Sure enough, a new outbreak of the plague is stalking the streets of London. Meanwhile, Richard Burbage (Mattias Inwood) finally discovers something that he believes in, while Marlowe (Jamie Campbell Bower), tormented by writer’s block, heads down a selfdestructive path.
