The use of chopsticks is vital to the first challenge in the new two-hour episode “Chopsticks & Pasta/Pop-Up Restaurant,” since that utensil must be used for an Asian-themed dish that the seven remaining chefs create using “mystery box” ingredient­s. A subsequent task reduces the contestant­s to six; they travel to a vineyard where they must appeal to a group of food experts. Host Gordon Ramsay is a judge along with Christina Tosi and Aaron Sanchez.

7:30 p.m. on BRAVO Odd Mom Out

Animal instincts take over during the annual family sleep-over at the natural history museum, as Brooke (Abby Elliott) admits she’s worried about Lex’s (Sean Kleier) obsessive dream of going to Mars in the new episode “Homo Erectus.” Meanwhile, Simone (Byrdie Bell) reveals the object of her true but unrequited love and Andy (Andy Buckley) realizes he’s been chasing the wrong woman all year. Jill Kargman and K.K. Glick also star.

8 p.m. on CBS Salvation

With their children in peril, Grace and Harris (Jennifer Finnigan, Ian Anthony Dale) have to put their recently developed difference­s aside to work together in the new episode “All In.” Liam (Charlie Rowe) makes a very personal overture to Jillian (Jacqueline Byers) under surprising circumstan­ces. Autumn Reeser, John Noble and Sasha Roiz (Grimm) continue their guest roles. Santiago Cabrera and Rachel Drance also star.

10 p.m. on E! Total Bellas

Season 2 of this hit unscripted series comprises eight new episodes and opens as Brie and Daniel enter the final weeks leading up to baby Birdie’s arrival. Brie’s sister Nikki is there to lend her support, but Nikki’s also pursuing a dream tag-team match alongside John as she continues on her career path to “WrestleMan­ia.” Daniel, meanwhile, must go back on the road as general manager of “SmackDown Live.”

11 p.m. on FXX You’re the Worst

At the end of Season 3, Jimmy (Chris Geere, pictured) proposed to Gretchen (Aya Cash), then immediatel­y freaked out and drove away, leaving her abandoned on a hilltop. As Season 4 opens with “It’s Been,” Jimmy is hiding out, trying to escape the enormity of his betrayal, while Gretchen starts to recover from her hurt. Meanwhile, Edgar and Lindsay (Desmin Borges, Kether Donohue) must adjust to a world in which their best friends no longer are a couple.
