The family of Elias Benny Gallegos extends their sincere gratitude to our relatives, friends and neighbors who attended the rosary and funeral mass. A special thanks to the Northern New Mexico Vietnam Veterans Association and the other military organizations for the touching memorial service they conducted for the burial rites, and for the recognition of Benny’s service to his Country. Special thanks and appreciation to Father Brito and Deacon Enrique Montoya for the beautiful funeral mass and to Leroy Pacheco for the touching eulogy and for leading the rosary, and to Benny’s brothers and friends in the choir for the beautiful music for the rosary and mass. Thank you to all who sent flowers, cards, monetary gifts, and to those who called or stopped by to express their condolences and for the love and support given to us during this difficult period. Also sincere thanks to Posa’s and all who helped set up, serve, and clean up for the reception and to all who brought food or helped in any way. Thanks to St. Anne’s for the reception hall and everyone who helped us give our beloved father and brother a memorable departure. We are deeply indebted, more than words can express and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
