7 p.m. on ABC Movie: Frozen

The animated Disney smash studio to added its inventory another with this 2013 fantasy, adapted from Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen and sparked by a woman (voice of Idina Menzel) with the gift — and curse — of turning anything, or anyone, to ice. She runs away to prevent hurting those she loves, but her sister (voice of Kristen Bell) goes in pursuit.

Maggie (Jill the Wagner) early trauma still remembers of her father walking out on her mother at Christmastime. Now, 20 years later, Maggie’s husband has done the same thing, prompting her to build a wall around her heart. Her son, Jordan (Lauren Guci), knows his mother deserves better, and he hopes his prayers for her have been answered when she meets his tutor, Casey (Luke Macfarlane), a widower with a kind heart, in this new 2017 holiday romance.
