CHILDREN’S CHESS CLUB: From 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. in the Community Room of the Main Library, 145 Washington Ave., the Santa Fe Children’s Chess Club meets. Drop in any time to play against other kids. GRAVITATIONAL WAVES: THE SOUND OF THE UNIVERSE: At 7 p.m. at Mountain Cloud Zen Center, 7241 Old Santa Fe Trail, Hartmut Grote will discuss gravitational waves, black holes and the sound of the universe. The lecture is free and open to the public.
