The late Fred Rogers truly was a friend to countless young viewers, and celebrities including Michael Keaton — the host here, and also a former employee of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood — Whoopi Goldberg and John Lithgow offer their memories of the gentle, sincere children’sshow icon. 7 p.m. on TRAV Bizarre Foods With Andrew Zimmern There thankfully are no human sacrificial organs on the menu as Andrew Zimmern explores an ancient culture’s notion of superfoods, heirloom seeds and indigenous culinary traditions in the fascinating new episode “Aztec Routes of Mexico.” Among the fare he does sample are wild boar with native cactus, stinkbug salsa and seven-chili rabbit. Later he tries some sweaty tacos inspired by Aztec ingredients. 8 p.m. on NBC This Is Us Randall and Beth (Sterling K. Brown, Susan Kelechi Watson) receive guests at home in the new episode “This Big, Amazing, Beautiful Life” — and if this series holds true to form, which it’s bound to, the visit will yield its fair share of surprises. Miio Ventimilglia, Mandy Moore, Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley also star. 8:30 p.m. on FOX The Mick An embarrassing moment for Ben (Jack Stanton) during a sleepover brings Mickey, Alba and Jimmy (Kaitlin Olson, Carla Jimenez, Scott MacArthur) to the attempted rescue in Chip the (Thomas new episode Barbusca) “The Accident.” strikes a siblings’-night-out bargain with a reluctant Sabrina (Sofia Black-D’Elia) in return for his replacing her fake ID. 9 p.m. on ABC Kevin (Probably) Saves the World The show ends its season with a guest appearance by “Saturday Night Live’s” Leslie Jones, pictured, playing a celestial comrade of Yvette (Kimberly Hebert Gregory) — who reaches a crossroads involving her mentoring of Kevin (Jason Ritter) — in the new episode “The Right Thing,” written by series creators Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters. Kevin worries about his relationship with Kristin (India de Beaufort). Amy (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) gets a major surprise. Currie Graham also guest stars.
