Season 3 wraps up with two new back-to-back episodes. First, in “Codependence,” at Chet’s (Craig Bierko) lifetime achievement celebration, Rachel (Shiri Appleby) helps Serena (Caitlin FitzGerald) get through the home stretch and pick her final two suitors, while Quinn’s (Constance Zimmer) plot to take down Gary (Christopher Cousins) runs into a twist. Then, in the finale “Commitment,” Rachel questions her future with the show after getting a thrilling offer from Serena and making a shocking discovery about Dr. Simon (Brandon Jay McLaren).

A re-enactor of ancient times is murdered, prompting Liv (Rose McIver) to consume his gray matter — and begin acting as if she’s a knight — in the new episode “Chivalry Is Dead.” Peyton (Aly Michalka) learns something about Liv. Major (Robert Buckley) undertakes a mission.
9 p.m. on ABC The Crossing
Jude (Steve Zahn) seeks Emma’s (Sandrine Holt) help in saving his son in the new episode “The Face of Oblivion,” though the result could threaten a number of other lives. Hannah’s (Kelley Missal) past is discovered. Sophie and Paul (Georgina Haig, Rob Campbell) both make surprising findings.
9 p.m. on CBS The Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special 2018
James Corden, pictured, again brings one of the most popular features from his late-night show into the prime time hours with this new special, which typically features a new “Carpool Karaoke” edition along with highlights from past sessions. For those unfamiliar with the premise, Corden takes the wheel as a popular singing star joins him to croon the artist’s hits — as with Christina Aguilera in a new segment here. Recent Oscar winner Allison Janney and her Mom co-star Anna Faris also make appearances.
9:10 p.m. on AMC McMafia
In the season finale, Alex (James Norton), unaware of his father’s (Aleksey Serebryakov) actions, flies to Moscow and is immediately detained by Ilya’s (Kirill Pirogov) agents. He manages to escape, however, and finds protection via his bodyguard and Lyudmilla (Sofia Lebedeva), who has been restored to her grateful parents. In a business meeting with Russian and Mexican drug oligarchs, Alex secures his position as a powerful mafioso.
