Unless they trade the top pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns are on the clock to make the No. 1 draft selection. UCLA quarterbac­k Josh Rosen is a projected top pick, and the Browns are expected to take a quarterbac­k. Round 1 airs from AT&T Stadium — home of the Dallas Cowboys — in Arlington Texas. Michael (J.J. Totah) has high hopes of his musical being chosen to be performed as the freshman show in the new episode “Nepotism.” Vince (Anders Holm) is given reason to wonder if he gives preferenti­al treatment to some of the gym’s employees.

9 p.m. on ABC Quantico

The drama returns for a less-serialized third season, with Priyanka Chopra resuming the role of espionage agent Alex Parrish as the saga picks up with “The Conscience Code” — a while after the point where Season 2 ended. Three years later, she’s separated from fellow operative Ryan (Jake McLaughlin) and living abroad incognito, but she gets back into the spy game. Oscar winner Marlee Matlin, pictured, joins the series as a former FBI agent who also returns to duty.
