ANTONIO (TONY) R. LOPEZ

Antonio (Tony) Ramon Lopez entered into the arms of Our Heavenly Father, Sunday, April 29th where he was met by his beloved wife Dolores, who had preceded him in death in 2013. Tony was a longtime resident of Santa Fe, grew up in Santa Cruz, NM, and attended high school in El Rito, NM. He decided to serve his country and at the age of 17 and joined the Marines during the Korean War. He later married and is survived by his children, Louise Heine (Paul), Margo Skelton, Therese Lopez (Randy), Anthony (Consuelo) and Andrew. He had several grandchild­ren - Jennifer, Jordan, Lauren, Adriana, Ellyse, Michael, Cameron and Cadence. He retired from the State Department of Transporta­tion. He was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church; where he was a member of the Holy Name Society, St. Vincent De Paul and taught Catechism. His devotion to his faith lead him to involvemen­t in the Cursillo Movement for more than 30 years. He also was active in prison ministry at the State Penitentia­ry.

There will be a rosary at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Santa Fe, Friday, May 4th at 10:15 a.m. followed by a mass at 11:00 a.m.

The Lopez Family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the caregivers, friends and family who provided assistance while he was in his home, staff at Vista Hermosa and Ambercare, for the selfless dedication and support he received.

DR. H. "ANDRE" KNOLL JANUARY 26, 1930 - APRIL 15,2018

The love of my life passed peacefully on April 15, 2018 into the Lords House. Preceded in death by Mother, Geertje Gongriep; father, Walter Hendrik Knoll; brother, Walter and his wife Elisabeth; sister, Johanna and son, Andreas. He leaves behind his wife Kathleen of 23 years; his two dogs Knut and BooBoo; Granddaugh­ter Dakota and Daughter-inlaw Vicki; nieces Saskia and Ingeborg Knoll; Anka and Sonja. Andre was born in Den Haag, Holland, during World War 2 and survived to come to America to graduate from Cornell University. A celebratio­n of his life will be held at our house, 4 Blanket Flower Circle, Saturday May 5 4:00 pm. Call Kathleen at 505-983-4066 for details.
