Smudge, a 12-week-old shorthaired male cat, is great with people and loves other cats and kittens. He has beautiful white fur with a smudge of gray. He’d love a home with another young cat or kitten to play with.

Felines & Friends: Lukas and his siblings were found in a yard in Santa Fe and rescued.

All the kittens are sweet and friendly and love playing with their siblings in foster care. Makayla and her siblings were also rescued. The two would do best in a home with another sibling, a playful cat or an adult who can spend all day showering them with attention. Adoption advisers are available from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday at Petco and noon to 3 p.m. the first Saturday of the month at Teca Tu or by appointment.
