Lucile June Peters, June 18 Jamaine Andrew Urioste, June 2
Lucile June Peters passed away suddenly of heart failure on June 18 at New York University Hospital in New York City. She was born on September 23, 2014 in New York City and lived in the East Village of Manhattan with her parents, Christina Naughton and George Marshall Peters. Lucile touched so many lives with her sweet smile and joyous personality. She attended Explore and Discover Early Learning Center and was enrolled to continue her education at Blue School in the fall. Lucile swam at the neighborhood YMCA with her father every weekend and enjoyed cooking and playing hide-and-seek with her mother. She loved butterflies, playing with her friends, interpretive dancing, and cupcake icing with sprinkles, and had recently discovered the magic of unicorns.
Her maternal grandparents are June Chun and Gerald P. Naughton of Honolulu, Hawaii, and her paternal grandparents are Annette Adams and Mervin D. Peters of Bryan, Texas. Her maternal great-grandparents are the late Tai Moi and Buck Ing Chun of Honolulu, Hawaii and the late Viola and Joseph Paul Naughton of Marengo, Iowa. Her paternal great-grandparents are Lucile Yeager (Mrs. George A.) Adams of Bryan, Texas; the late George Andrew Adams; and the late Ellen Bookman and Marshall C. Peters. Her aunts and uncles are Alice Redona and David Naughton of Kirkland, Washington, Tiffany Naughton and Thad Flemens of Maui, Hawaii, and Margaret Annette Peters of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her great aunts and uncles are Willard Andrew Adams and Florence and Bookman Peters. Her cousins are Kayla Naughton; Elyse Naughton; Tyler Naughton; Miles Flemens; Karen Ellen Peters; Laura Peters; Eileen Peters; and Amy Adams Villarreal.
Services will be held on Tuesday, June 26, at 10:30AM at Bryan City Cemetery at Astin Chapel.
