Quantico Personal tragedies that befall both Owen and McQuigg (Blair Underwood, Alan Powell) suggest that someone may be targeting their loved ones in the new episode “No Place is Home.” The situation sparks alarm for their colleagues, who fear their own relatives may be in harm’s way. Timothy V. Murphy guest stars. Whistleblower The title defines the content of this new documentary series hosted by attorney Alex Ferrer — previously a judge and a police officer — and overseen by CBS News veteran and 48 Hours executive producer Susan Zirinsky. The show focuses on people who figuratively blew the whistle on corporate wrongdoing, at possible risk to themselves and their families. The premiere deals with a pediatric dental chain that took on one of the pharmaceutical giants among companies. Masters of Illusion Being a half-hour in length, this show moves along efficiently, but it could seem even quicker if the title of the new episode “The Fastest Illusion in the World ... and More!” holds true. Titou, Greg Frewin, Spidey, Billy Kidd, Jibrizy, Chris Randall, George Iglesias and Murray SawChuck are the featured magicians — and one of them is likely to be pretty speedy. Another episode follows. The Dead Files “Revealed: Controlled — Estill Springs, Tennessee,” an “enhanced” version of an earlier episode, takes paranormal investigators Steve DiSchiavi, pictured, and Amy Allan to a family home in Tennessee where the husband and father is behaving in a manner that suggests he may be under some sort of paranormal influence. Steve’s research into the history of the property reveals that a previous owner endured several calamities. Meanwhile, Amy fends off attacks from a violent entity. The Great British Baking Show If you’re a fan of pies — and who isn’t? — this new round of the competition will be right up your alley and after your taste buds. The remaining contestants first have to create a Wellington, which involves more than pastry, then they’re on to another big challenge in making hand-raised pies. Finally, they have to devise an American pie ... and we assume the show isn’t referring to the Don McLean song by that name.
