Zoe Davidson, the BLM-NM State Botanist, will speak on “Rare Plant Management in New Mexico.” Ella Samuel, works for Zoe Davidson at the BLM and as a contractor for Applied Ecology Southwest Program and the Southwest Seed Partnershi­p.
