A star-studded new television drama is scheduled to begin filming in Santa Fe this fall.

A series identified by the working title Our Lady, LTD, will move into Garson Studios on the former Santa Fe University of Art and Design campus in late September, local film industry sources confirmed.

Academy Award-winner Ben Kingsley will star, the Hollywood news site Deadline reported.

The production is scheduled to occupy Garson Studios through March and will also shoot on location in the area.

Kingsley will star opposite Jimmi Simpson, an Emmy-nominated actor who starred in the HBO drama Westworld, and Jacki Weaver, who was nominated for an Academy Award for her supporting role in Silver Linings Playbook.

Created by screenwriter Steven Conrad, the series will follow Simpson’s character, a grifter, as he seeks to take advantage of a dangerous pastor, Kingsley.

The 10-episode Our Lady is described as a noir drama and is tentatively scheduled to premiere on the premium cable network Epix next year.

It will be the second television production to shoot in Santa Fe through

the fall. Roswell, a reboot of the 1999-2002 television series of the same name, is based at Santa Fe Studios.

Another Santa Fe-filmed television series earned notable accolades this week. Godless, a Netflix Western series that filmed on location in Santa Fe and surrounding areas in 2016, saw stars Jeff Daniels and Merritt Wever take home supporting actor and actress awards, respectively, at the Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday night. Both were recognized in the limited series category.
