SpongeBob SquarePants step before the cameras as human versions of their animated characters in this new one-hour special, which mingles liveaction and animation. The story finds Patrick and SpongeBob venturing to the surface world, where they encounter familiar faces at The Trusty Slab Restaurant.

7 p.m. on FOOD Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

Grub infused by flavors from around the globe are on Guy Fieri’s culinary itinerary in the new “International Infusion,” starting at an eatery in Huntington, Del., noted for its Cuban sandwiches and Thai-inflected sausage. A traditional Tiki joint in Kauai is run by a kitchen crew who deliver an authentic Hawaiian flair. Finally, San Diego is home to a Lebanese restaurant serving up authentic specialties.

Episode 4 finds Caden (Billy Howle) depressed and consumed by despair at the crushing thought that, because of his own feckless behavior, he now has no hope of returning to the role he spent his life preparing for: his dazzling father’s (Richard Gere) heir and successor. In the Season 12 finale, the first featured bride, dubbed SecretZilla, goes perilously off the rails, crashing her groom’s bachelor party and threatening the entire wedding. In another segment, BratZilla battles MomZilla when her off-the-leash demands blow a hole in her budget, prompting her to go running to her father for help.

9 p.m. on LIFEMOV Movie: The Wrong Boy Next Door

Katie (Calli Taylor) is a troubled teenager, as evidenced by her current sentence to house arrest. Bored by her confinement, she quickly becomes fascinated with John (Travis Burns), the hot young guy who just moved in next door. As they get to know each other, Katie and John drift into an affair, but in time, Katie can’t shake the growing suspicion that John may be hiding some major secrets.
