Bobby Hamilton and Jim Lansdale, founders of the Gulf Coast Bigfoot Research Organization (GCBRO), lead a team of “commandos” on a mission to find and kill a Bigfoot, to offer scientific evidence of the creatures’ existence as well as to protect the public from any future attacks in this new series. In the premiere, “Giant Swamp Creature,” the team investigates a Bigfoot encounter on a farm near the Sabine River, where they run into a former teammate who now is a Bigfoot nokill advocate.

YouTube science communicator Emily Graslie, pictured, hosts this three-episode documentary miniseries, which follows her as she embarks on an epic road trip through the “fossil country” of America, where she encounters some of the mysterious creatures and bizarre ecosystems that have shaped Earth as we know it over the eons. Her exploration of the American West from both above and below yields a better understanding of our planet’s past, as well as how new discoveries may affect the future.
