Among the challenges, the teams compete in Human Darts and Sumo Wrestling, as well as try to break two Guinness World Records: fastest 10-meter heel-to-toe walk and most balloons burst in one minute by sitting on them. Annihilation
Natalie Portman and Jennifer Jason Leigh head a strong cast in writer-director Alex Garland’s complex, 2018 sci-fi-horror thriller about an expedition of scientists dispatched to investigate something called The Shimmer, a restricted zone in which plant and animal life has begun to mutate near the site of a meteor crash. Only one of them, Lena (Portman), returns. Gina Rodriguez, Tessa Thompson and Oscar Isaac also star in the film, which underperformed at the box office but drew rave reviews for its blend of thrills and provocative moral themes.

Counting Cars
In a new episode called “Mike Gets Medieval,” Danny puts his faith in Horny Mike when it comes to painting a medieval mural on a ’73 GMC pickup truck, but unfortunately he soon comes to regret that misplaced confidence. On a much happier note, Danny also stumbles upon a rare Carroll Shelby-designed sportster while hunting for a client’s dream car.

As she drives closer to our present-day in the Season 1 finale “Tiny Teeth, Fearsome Beasts,” host and YouTube educator Emily Graslie discovers some previously unnoticed truths written into the fossil record. Meanwhile, scientists who likewise are studying the past of planet Earth are finding clues pointing to what may lie ahead in the future for our world.
