Althia can’t bear to give any of it up, because she has vague plans to sell it all and finish work on her home.

Meanwhile, a breast-obsessed client from Brazil hopes to schedule her 33rd breast surgery, and a Dutch performer wants to make sure her butt is “camera ready.”
