Told largely from the perspective of 911 call takers, the series focuses on the dramatic moments leading up to the arrival of help rather than the events after the firefighters, police or emergency medical service teams arrive. Until help arrives, the person at the other end of the phone line must calm and comfort the victim until they are safe.

The professional world of plastic surgery is largely a male-dominated field, but this new unscripted series introduces viewers to four female cosmetic surgeons who are making a name for themselves in one of America’s most exclusive ZIP codes. The show’s cameras follow Drs. Cat Begovic, Kelly Killeen, Michelle Lee and Suzanne Quardt as they meet with clients to offer assistance with medical challenges ranging from excess skin removal and third-breast extractions to post-mastectomy repair and facial cysts, among other treatments.
