Women’s Leadership Luncheon The highly anticipated Women’s Leadership Luncheon is back this year for the entire month of November! The Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce is celebrating women in our community who personify agility with a month-long lineup of events, networking opportunities, and inspiration. The Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce introduced the Women’s Leadership Luncheon in 2016 when we saw the need for representation, support, resources, and inspiration for strong women in Santa Fe. Named by Forbes as the number one city in the country for women-owned businesses, Santa Fe celebrates strong and successful women. The prestigious event encourages women of all backgrounds, business sectors, and ages to engage in a month of conversations, speakers, and panels. Historically, the event was a sell-out luncheon with over 400 women in attendance. Like many other events, this special luncheon will take on a new format in a digital platform this year on Thursday, November 19, 2020. While happening entirely online, the Women’s Leadership Luncheon will not lack intimacy. “Virtual Tables” will allow for great conversations and networking in smaller, more personalized groups. This is a unique opportunity to connect, network, and share ideas to kick off the lunch time event.

Along with an inspiring opening speaker, the highlight of the event is a panel of influential local women leaders. Our panel brings together women leaders from different industries and professions to have a candid conversation on how they advanced to the top and built their careers with confidence. Other components include expo booths and speed networking. A special lunch from Cowgirl BBQ will be included for all luncheon attendees. From the comfort of your home or office, you can experience all the benefits of the event turned virtual. For even more inspiration, we have scheduled three POWER UP Lunch & Learn sessions on the Wednesdays prior to the luncheon as we focus on dynamic women who have powered through life’s biggest obstacles. Each POWER UP Lunch & Learn will feature a different woman speaking on a relevant topic and telling her story on Wednesdays November 4, 11, and 18. While lunch is not provided for these sessions, special lunch offers will be available through participating womenowned restaurants. Because we are all juggling many tasks, agility is appropriately this year’s theme. Agility in life, agility in business, and specific ways we can develop the muscles to bring balance to family, work, and personal lives. Each of our illustrious speakers personify agility and they will share their stories on how being agile in difficult times has helped them find success. We invite everyone to join us throughout November to celebrate the wonderful women of Santa Fe! Find a POWER UP Lunch & Learn topic that speaks to you, listen and participate at the Women’s Leadership Luncheon, get inspired by our speakers, network with the community, or attend all four events. Contact the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce to reserve your seat today! Bridget Dixson, IOM President & CEO
