Hell’s Kitchen
Gordon Ramsay’s culinary competition series gets a flashy new setting as the temperamental chef, restaurateur and host moves this show to Las Vegas, Nev., home to the world’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in Caesars Palace. For the first time, 16 aspiring chefs from across the country roll the dice and head to Sin City, hoping to reap highstakes rewards while risking some bruising punishments, all dispensed with a Vegas flair. At stake for the winner is a head chef position at a Ramsay eatery at Lake Tahoe.

Mr. Mayor
Ted Danson returns to the NBC comedy lineup in this smart new sitcom created by 30 Rock colleagues Tina Fey and Robert Carlock. The Emmy-winning actor stars as retired businessman Neil Bremer, who decides to run for mayor of Los Angeles just to prove he’s still got it. Spoiler alert: He wins, but now Neil must figure out what he stands for and how he’s going to run this ultra-high-maintenance town. Holly Hunter (pictured), Vella Lovell, Kyla Kenedy and Bobby Moynihan costar.

Celebrity Wheel of Fortune
Two authentically iconic game show personalities — Pat Sajak and Vanna White — return in their thrice-familiar roles as host and “letter turner” for this new primetime spinoff of a venerable game that has proven remarkably resilient in both network daytime and syndication. For this new prime-time version, though, celebrity contestants are the guests spinning the show’s big wheel to solve word puzzles and win up to $1 million. All winnings are donated to the charity of the stars’ choice.

The Chase
This fast-paced quiz show pits the collective wits of three contestants against the Chaser, a ruthless quiz mastermind who is determined to keep them from winning cash prizes by answering the questions before the contestants do. Winning means coming up with answers more quickly than anyone ever imagined, responding to as many as 166 questions per game. Sara Haines is the host.
