Marine veteran Kelly “Murph” Murphy, the winner of Season 1, also returns to kick off tonight’s season premiere. Among the diverse contestants vying in a series of challenges to test their strength, endurance, life skills and mental toughness are a fire captain, a crop duster, a lineman and an ironworker, among others.

Schindler’s List
Before Steven Spielberg put the horrors of combat on the big screen (Saving Private Ryan), he did the same with the Holocaust in this 1993 drama. Liam Neeson stars as Oskar Schindler, the German businessman who demonstrates that greed is indeed good. Motivated at first by wartime profits, he fills his factory with cheap Jewish labor, but as the Nazis’ plans for Jews become clearer, he makes it his mission to save as many as he can.
