Spring is a time for renewal and new growth which makes this a perfect time for the awards season. Standing out from among the crowd is what we all aspire to and it is with heartfelt gratitude and excitement that we share the remarkable honors we have recently received from esteemed institutions across the state and region. These accolades underscore the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce’s dedication to excellence.

Over the past three months, we have received three prestigious awards, each a testament to our commitment to foster inclusivity, economic empowerment, and philanthropy within our community.

In February, we received the Outstanding Chamber Program Award from the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.) for our Feria Southside initiative. This year-round program supports Santa Fe’s Spanish-speaking and immigrant businesses and exemplifies our dedication to inclusivity and economic empowerment. Being recognized as one of six chambers in the western United States with the best program is a source of pride.

And I am humbled to share that I was named one of the 26 Women of Influence in 2024 by Albuquerque Business First. This initiative celebrates leaders making a positive impact on New Mexico, both professionally and personally, and it’s an honor to be included.

Most recently, the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce Board received Outstanding Board recognition at the Philanthropy Summit hosted by Albuquerque Business First. This award serves as testament to the dedication of our board of directors, our nimble Chamber team, and passionate members who tirelessly work to support the prosperity of Santa Fe.

But now let’s turn the focus to Santa Fe—and celebrate the amazing businesses that shine day in and day out and deliver with a smile. We welcome your submissions for the upcoming 2024 Business Achievement Awards, presented by Daniels Insurance Inc., and held on Thursday, June 27th. All local businesses are eligible for nominations, and self-nominations are highly encouraged.
