Stay plugged in to the brilliant plan you have

Do not hesitate to ask your dream state for advice or validation that some aspect of your life is in need of.

Dear Dream Retriever: In my dream, there were me, my fiance and two children. I was pregnant and was going to have a C-section. It was the middle of the night. I gave birth to the most handsome baby I’ve ever laid my eyes on. I’m in a wheelchair holding my baby, rolling in the hallway toward my fiance and our family. They just walked past me. They couldn’t hear or see me. I realized I was dead.

Then,

I was in the room, plugged into machines. Doctors were telling my fiance (whose mom was the only other person in the room) that there was nothing left to do, so I started shouting, “Don’t let them unplug me,” and suddenly his mom could hear me. He doesn’t unplug me and I live. Keep in mind, in the dream my son was alive all along. — Flor

Dear Flor: In the middle of the night, you were given information that came from some sort of group effort. I say this for two reasons: One, the idea came in the middle of the night, which would indicate you had a dream about this at some time after discussing it with others, and two, because it was a C-section, which indicates that you needed help to bring this idea or information to life.

The boy is a representation of masculine energy and, therefore, represents knowledge or an idea. This knowledge you came across is brilliant (you described him as the most handsome boy you ever saw), but you are in a wheelchair, which indicates that you are not currently going forward with this project. This is indicated by you feeling dead and as though no one can see you. Feminine energy is creative — what you do with what you know. You are currently stagnant.

Doctors represent those around you that are supposed to help you, and they are not. Your fiance’s mother is an indication that the only way to make this work is if you settle for less than perfect. Not to say your fiance’s mother represents settling, but she is not your mom, so it is defined as second-best.

All in all, you can go forward with your plan. You have the support of your fiance, and he has kept hope of this alive for you.
