Keep kids crafting this week

LIOMINSTIR » The Dr. Martin T. Feldman Children’s Room at Leominster Public Library is offering the following Craft Kits to Go, with reservations beginning Monday, March 22, at 9:30 a.m. Kits are available while supplies last, one per child. For information or to reserve a kit for pickup, call the library at 978-5347522, ext. 5. This week’s craft kits are sponsored by a donation from Digital Credit Union.

The Decorate Your Own Spinner STEAM Craft Kit includes a 6-inch plywood spinner on a string that you can decorate with your own markers, crayons or paint. It also includes a STEAM guide discussing color-mixing, energy and more. STEAM activities include science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. This kit is appropriate for children ages 3 and up.

The Hello Spring Sign Kit contains everything you need to make a cheerful sign to welcome the springtime using self-adhesive foam pieces and satin cord.
