Get craft kits for fun home projects

Color-Me Rabbit, Foam Bird Gliders and Velvet Art Camp Journal are available

LEOMINSTER » The Dr. Martin T. Feldman Children’s Room at Leominster Public Library is offering the following Craft Kits to Go, with reservations beginning Monday, March 29, at 9:30 a.m.

Kits are available while supplies last, one per child. For information or to reserve a kit for pickup, call 978-534-7522, ext. 5.

This week’s kits are sponsored by a donation from Digital Credit Union.

The Color-Me Rabbit Kit contains a stuffed rabbit to decorate using fabric markers, regular markers, fabric scraps, felt or anything you can imagine. Give your hoppy new pal a name and have fun playing with him or her.

This kit is appropriate for children ages 3 and up.

The Foam Bird Gliders Kit contains a foam bird to decorate using crayons, paint or markers.

Assemble your bird and see how it glides through the air. This kit is appropriate for children ages 3 and up.

The Velvet Art Camp Journal Kit includes everything needed to make and decorate a journal to record fun times and memories.

The sign on the front is blank so you can personalize your journal.

Some decorating supplies are included, too. This kit is appropriate for children ages 5 and up.

The Mini-Springtime Animal Banner Kit includes materials to make a friendly springtime animal banner (assorted styles) with self-adhesive felt pieces, a wooden dowel and satin cording.

This craft kit is appropriate for children ages 3 and up.
