Bank hires senior veep
FITCHBURG » Rollstone Bank & Trust recently announced it has hired Tony Rakic as Senior Vice President for Commercial Lending
He was most recently with TD Bank, according to an announcement by the bank.
Rakic has more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, working with a wide range of businesses, including retail, wholesale, distribution, contractors, and commercial real estate, according to the bank.
“Tony’s years of expertise will greatly benefit our business customers who are seeking guidance and opportunity in order to grow and prosper,” said Martin F. Connors Jr., President of Rollstone Bank & Trust.
“Businesses have faced some difficult challenges through the pandemic,” Connors said.
“Having a partner and adviser like Tony in their corner will help them navigate the process of rebuilding and growing their livelihoods, which makes our communities all the stronger,” he said.
Rakic earned a master’s degree in business administration from Clark University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Worcester State University.
He serves on the board of directors and Finance Committee for Family Services of Central Massachusetts.
