Can my grandmother send me a warning?

- By Bonnie Page Bonnie Page Ask the Psychic

DEAR BONNIE » My name is Constance and I would like to ask you a question. Quite often, my grandmother, who has been gone since I was 13 (I am now 55) will come to me in my dreams, especially if something bad is going to happen. It seems like she is trying to warn me of events that will not turn out well. However, it turns out her tips often do happen. We were remarkably close as I was growing up and I wonder is it possible for her to watch over me at all times? Or is it just me putting her in my dreams because I miss her so dearly and I want to think she is supporting me from Heaven?

DEAR CONSTANCE » We have visits with those we love that are in Heaven all the time. Sometimes I will suddenly realize I am having a whole conversation with one of my family members just before waking. I do not always remember the entire conversation and all the details, but I know it was happening. Often, we will see our loved ones as well.

I often tell my clients if it seemed real and you heard their voices or saw bright, vivid colors, it probably was a visit and not just a dream. When our loved ones pass to the other side, they can become one of our guides. Guides watch over us and choose to be our advocates. They can give us a heads up about something that might be taking place down here on earth. They are our helpers, and it is one of their jobs in Heaven. They signed up for these duties and are happy to assist us as we grow in knowledge by learning our life lessons. They take pride in their work, and they want nothing more than for us to be happy and successful.

I was told our guides could shine a light on a situation for us, but they cannot change the outcome. We need to make decisions on our own so that we can experience life’s schoolroom. When we learn lessons, our soul expands and grows with the knowledge that will never leave us.

If they believe it would help us have a heads up and not be blindsided with a situation, they can do just what your grandmother does for you. Showing you something that might happen, she gives you a tip to help you handle an event and be prepared.

We might not always have these visions, but spirit will often put thoughts in our heads that will give us this heads up so we won’t be totally in the dark. We have all had those gut feelings of situations where we have said this might not work out so well. It’s up to us to follow these gut feelings and signs from Heaven.

Next time you visit Heaven, try to send a thought to your grandmother and ask her a question. That’s right; you can ask questions. The answer might or might not come right away, but our loved ones will do their best to get the answers you seek.
