The following cases recently went through the Shelby Municipal Court:
Fines
Katie Matthews, 29, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of failure to control and found guilty, $130.
Lauren Ross, 30, Mansfield, pled guilty to a reduced charge of safety disregard, $665. Special conditions — No similar violation for two years, credit for three days served, administrative license suspension to run, no additional court supervision, defendant to complete treatment with UMADOPP.
Lauren Ross, 30, Mansfield, pled guilty to failure to control, $50.
Michael Ament, 68, Shelby, pled guilty to a stop sign charge, $135.
Melissa Graham, 31, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, $265. Special conditions — No entry upon land/premises of 54 Harriette or contact or association with victim except as ordered by domestic relations court.
Steven Randolph, 41, Shelby, pled guilty to a reduced charged of operating vehicle impaired physical control, $740. Special conditions — No similar violation for one year, no additional license suspension.
Aaryn Stamper, 21, Shelby, pled guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, $365. Special conditions — No similar violation for one year, no protection order to be issued per victim’s request.
Christopher Connell, 34, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of assault and found guilty, $565. Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, no contact with victim or his household members, no entry upon land or premises of 56 Mansfield Avenue.
Tevin Rhoads, 23, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct and found guilty, $135.
Keiton Picklesimer, 20, Mansfield, pled no contest to stopping for stopped school bus charge and found guilty, $230.
Veronica Rohrbach, 34, Willard, pled no contest to operating vehicle impaired/refusal and found guilty, $810. Special conditions — Two years probation, must comply with all terms and conditions, may attend Community Alternative Center in lieu of incarceration, to have assessment completed and follow recommended treatment plan, driving privileges after 15 days for statutory purposes, restitution to victim for damages.
