The following cases recently went through the Shelby Municipal Court:

Fines

Dalton Brady, 20, Shelby, pled no contest to a charge of assured clear distance and found guilty, $135.

Jason Walters, 38, Columbus, pled guilty to a charge of assault, $515.

Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, no contact or association with victim, direct or indirect, defendant tp follow all terms and conditions of probation, 90 days in jail and 90 days in jail suspended.

Kendra Small, 22, Willard, pled guilty to a reduced charge of operating vehicle impaired physical control, $365. Special conditions — 30 days in jail and 30 days in jail suspended, jail suspended on condition no law violations for 12 months.

Mark Argo, 58, Shelby, pled no contest to a reduced charge of safety disregard, $565. Special conditions — No convictions and active probation for two years, defendant may attend Community Alternative Center, credit for pre-trial suspension, 30 days in jail and 27 days in jail suspended, operator license suspended from Dec. 31, 2021 to June 29, 2022.

Shawn Drake, 38, Plymouth, pled guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, $565. Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for one year, no tattooing without a license, items to be returned, 30 days in jail and 30 days in jail suspended.

Brett White, 29, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of no fishing license, $180.

David Mccroder, 31, Marion, pled guilty to a charge of no fishing license, $180.

Chase Wallace, 31, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.

Lisa Roop, 65, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of roof maintenance, $140.

Brad Howell, 39, Shelby, had a charge of operating motor vehicle under suspension/ license restriction nollied with court costs of $115. Special conditions — defendant valid.

Beth Wise, 48, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.

Stephen Wise, no age listed, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.
