Brooke Reese, no age listed, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.

Richard Johnson, 51, had a yard maintenance charge nollied with court costs of $115.

Mary Enderby, 40, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.

Patricia Connell, 52, Shelby, had a city income tax charge nollied with court costs of $115.

Shiyenne Current, 18, Bucyrus, pled no contest to a charge of marked lanes and found guilty, $135.

Ronald Smith, 44, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle impaired, $615. Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, defendant may attend Community Alternative Center, driving privileges upon payment of fine and costs, complete alcohol assessment, 60 days in jail with 57 days in jail suspended, operator license suspended from June 15, 2022 until June 15, 2023.

Aaron Hawk, no age listed, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of littering, $140.

Ronald Smith, 44, Shelby, pled guilty to a charge of operating vehicle impaired, $815. Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, defendant may attend Community Alternative Center, driving privileges upon complete alcohol assessment and payment of fines and costs, 60 days in jail with 57 days in jail suspended, operator license suspended from June 15, 2022 until June 15, 2023.

Special conditions — No convictions, active probation for two years, defendant may attend Community Alternative Center, defendant given credit for trial suspensions beginning on April 10, driving privileges after payment of fines and costs, thereafter for statutory use, 30 days in jail with 27 days in jail suspended, operator license suspended from April 10, 2022 until October 7, 2022.
