Toys! Collectibles! Games, sports cards, and much, much more are back!

The Annual Western Reserve Toy and Collectible Show has returned for its 32nd year. It will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Western Reserve Elementary School, Collins, Ohio at 3851 US Route 20, 3 miles west of Wakeman or 7 miles east of Norwalk.

The Western Reserve Ruritan Club, who sponsors the show is looking forward to a successful day similar to the shows in the past.

Looking for a certain farm toy or maybe another toy or collectible you have always desired. Maybe you just like to reminisce about the toys you played with as a child. Possibly you are trying to find a special toy for your children or grand kids. It just might be at this show.

There will be new farm toys, old farm toys, railroad, antique, construction, dolls, Nascar, wood toys, sports cards, Pokemon, signs, books, manuals, die cast, Matchbox, Hot wheels, action figures, Tonka, Buddy L, pressed steel, peddle cars, Hallmark, custom made trucks, Marx play sets, as well as many other unique, some strange, and interesting toys, collectibles and other miscellaneous items.

One vendor who specializes in Oliver toy tractors will be coming. Another vendor will have a couple of tables of model trains. One vendor will have in original boxes, Danbury Mint

Collection cars and trucks, as well as auto and truck ads. At least two vendors will have a wide selection of Ertl farm toys. Another vendor is bringing custom built toy tractors. In 2022, there were 32 vendors filling 73 tables, and was an excellent show.

As of February 19, 28 vendors from around Ohio have reserved 72 tables to display their toys and collectibles, and more vendors are expected. The admission is $3 and children under 12, accompanied by an adult, will be admitted free.

There is plenty of free parking, and a lunch counter will be available from the Hartland New Horizon 4-H Club. Door prizes donated by area businesses, individuals and show vendors, will be presented throughout the day. The show is

sponsored by the Western Reserve Ruritan Club, a local civic organization.

The Ruritans use the proceeds from the show to sponsor two scholarships for Western Reserve students, and donate to other community needs. The Ruritans feel that the Toy Show has always been very successful and entertaining event and gives everyone a nice winter diversion. They hope everyone will come out and support the dealers, the Ruritan Club, and the community.
