New collection of children’s books

Local master gardener and children’s author, Dawn Denton, donated 30 percent of her book sale proceeds for the months of October, November, and December of 2015 to the Friends of the Siloam Springs Library Foundation. Her donation will purchase an award-winning collection of nature and garden-themed children’s books for the Siloam Springs Public Library. Denton’s goal is to see children and parents in our community being inspired by reading to get outside and make new discoveries in nature. This year, Denton plans to donate a percentage of her book sale proceeds to the library’s children’s collection again over the months of October, November, and December.
