Zaxby’s, 190 Progress Ave. Priority violations:

• Walk-in cooler was not holding food at 41°F or below during the last inspection. Demonstration of knowledge of food safety throughout the facility or by appropriate responses and actions not evident.

• Employee did not wash hands after handling the oil strainer and going back to food preparation. Corrected. Handwashing is required between task changes.

• Walk-in cooler is not holding food at 41°F or below. Repeat violation. Correct immediately. Nonpriority violations:

• Ice bucket stored under handwashing sink. Store bucket in such a way to prevent contamination or splash. Corrected.

• Cracked/broken food containers. One container cracked completely down the side. Replace as needed.

• Hot water handle leaking at three-compartment sink.

• Faucet does not shut water off all the way.

• No cold water to the sanitizer.

• Permit not posted. Must be posted in customer view. This is the third time for this same violation.
