Neal McCoy to play free show

WEST SILOAM SPRINGS, Okla. — The chart-topping lyrics of Neal McCoy come to Cherokee Casino & Hotel West Siloam Springs on Aug. 25.

The free admission show at SEVEN Bar begins at 8 p.m.

In 1993, the Jacksonvil­le, Texas, musician broke into the music scene with back-to-back No. 1 singles “No Doubt About It” and “Wink” from his RIAA platinum-certified album “No Doubt About It.”

His commercial success continued with another RIAA platinum-selling album, “You Gotta Love That,” in 1995, which peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard Top Country Albums charts. The album included “For a Change,” “They’re Playin’ Our Song” and the album title “You Gotta Love That,” all of which reached No. 3 on the U.S. Country charts.

After a brief break from music, McCoy returned in early 2003 with “The Luckiest Man in the World,” following it with “That’s Life” in 2005, which features “Billy’s Got His Beer Goggles On.”

McCoy has released a total of 10 studio albums, two compilatio­n albums and 34 singles. A total of nine singles have reached the Top 10 list.
