Runners compete at Berryville

BERRYVILLE — Because only the top seven boys and girls runners could participate at Rim Rock, a handful of Siloam Springs varsity runners competed Saturday at the Berryville Invitational.

Chandler Stewart placed 11th overall with a time of 20:22.63, while Daniel Norwood finished 13th at 20:38.52 and Logan McLeod 18th at 22:52.86.

Megan Rush took ninth place in the varsity girls race at 26:36.95, while Katie Bishop was 15th at 29:17.91 and Whitney Burns 18th at 31:17.09.

Neither team fielded enough runners for a team score.
