Is Donald Trump the President America needs?

-

Since Nov. 8, 2016, a lot has happened that should be of concern to reasonable people in this country but not by the man who was elected our President.

Immediately after the election, President Trump called the CEO of Carrier Company and about 800 families had

a happier Christmas when Carrier decided not to move their jobs to Mexico. The CEO of Lockheed Martin visited Trump Tower twice and now there’s a promise the F-35 fighter will come in under budget. The CEO of Boeing came and the costs of the new Air Force One will be cut. The heads of major high-tech companies traveled from the west coast and were given assurances about their future. The stock market just broke an historic 20,000 points — especially driven by the new optimism of small businesses that there will be a drastic reduction in the highest corporate tax rate in the world, and they’ll get relief from crushing, unnecessary regulations.

Now the automobile industry and others are going ahead with plans to renovate old factories, build new ones and hire thousands of workers. The president also met with construction union leaders and workers to discuss building infrastructure and what their needs were. The Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines are now on schedule to be built — with pipes from steel made in America.

It’s agreed by almost everyone, except the Democrats in the Senate, that he has chosen highly outstanding people for his cabinet and advisors, men and women. Like Lincoln’s Team of Rebels, some were harsh critics and ran against him, some are governors of states, and our protectors against terrorists, Defense and Homeland Security, are retired Marine generals — imagine having a president who wants the advice of generals! The head of the CIA, foreign intelligence, was first in his class at West Point and earned a law degree at Harvard. And perhaps those who are billionaires have made wise choices, worked hard and know how to get things done.

The main stream media may eventually have to say something positive about the President and Madonna can stop thinking about blowing up the White House.
