May Lane Campbell Andrews

May Lane Campbell Andrews, 80, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, at the Highlands Health and Rehab Facility in Bella Vista, Ark.

She was born Jan. 15, 1937, in Helena, Ark., to Harry Campbell and Minnie Wilson Campbell.

She married Levert Andrews on Feb. 22, 1953, at Gum Springs Baptist Church.

She worked on her family farm near Gentry, Ark., raising chickens, tending cattle, growing a large garden and caring for her family. She served as a Sunday school teacher and loved to sing in church.

She was preceded in death by a half-brother, Luther; and two halfsister­s, Kathleen and Evelyn; two brothers-in-law, Evert and Oran Lee; and one sister-in-law, Lucile.

She is survived by her husband of almost 64 years; two biological children, Sandra Brandon and husband Hershel of Gravette, Ark., and Robert Andrews and wife Teddie of Gentry; one foster child, Amy Ross Johnson and husband Willis of Alabama; eight grandchild­ren; 10 great-grandchild­ren; one brother, Harry Campbell and wife Mary of Little Rock; and two sisters-inlaw, Marcellies Rheam and Lorene Andrews.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home Chapel in Siloam Springs, Ark.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home Chapel in Siloam Springs with Pastor Craig Ingram officiatin­g. Burial will be at Weddington Cemetery.

Margie Lucille January

Margie Lucille January, 93, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017.

She was born May 27, 1923, in Augusta, Kan., to Oscar Birge and Viola Byerly Birge. She married Otis Loftis in 1941 and they were married 43 years before he died in 1984. She later married Ray January in 1985, in Colcord, Okla., and they were married 11 years before he died in 1996. She lived in the Colcord area most of her life, moving to Seminole, Okla., about four years ago to live with her daughter.

She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands; one daughter, Sandra Earp; one sister, Margaret Crawford; and one brother, Leroy Birge.

She is survived by three daughters, Nelda Fingerson of Sioux Falls, S.D., Glenda Osborn and husband Harold of Seminole, Carolyn Loftis of Colcord, and Beverly Shockey and husband Ben of Watts, Okla.; 23 grandchild­ren; and 27 great-grandchild­ren.

Graveside services were Feb. 11, 2017, at Row Cemetery in Colcord, Okla., with Larry Ellis officiatin­g.

Blakli Kay Stancomb

Blakli Kay Stancomb, infant daughter of Collin Lee and Vanessa Shook Turner Stancomb, was born and died Feb. 4, 2017, in Siloam Springs, Ark.

She is survived by her parents of Cincinnati, Ark.; paternal grandparen­ts, Darin and Teresa Stancomb of Cincinnati; maternal grandparen­ts, Jackie and Jim Shook of Grove, Okla., and Johnny and Joyce Shook of West Fork, Ark.; maternal greatgrand­father, Jack Prestren of Portage, Ind.

Funeral services were Feb. 11, 2017, at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs, Ark. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.
