Long John Silvers, 525 Highway 412 West Priority violations: • Portioned coleslaw in the top part of the refrigerator is at 43°F. Maintain coleslaw at 41°F or below at all times.

• Line prep table is not holding food at 41°F or below. Food temperatures vary from 48°-56°F. Unit adjusted. Food destroyed as needed.

• Hot dogs are not date marked. Repeat violation. Non priority violations:

• Area behind the fryer/ steamer unit especially behind pipes has an accumulation of grease and food.

• Tile missing at the floorwall junction around the mop sink and the opposite wall. This allows for standing stagnant water and cannot be easily cleaned. Grout missing from tiles around the mop sink area and under three-compartment sink.

• Excessive ice build-up around the walk-in freezer door. Ice does not allow door to close properly.

• Floor in walk-in cooler is buckling.
