Boys & Girls Club golf tournament

The Boys & Girls Club of Western Benton County will be hosting its 12th annual golf tournament at the Creeks Golf Course in Cave Springs on Friday, May 19.

The tournament begins at 8 a.m. with check-in, and an 8:45 a.m. meeting for all teams. A shotgun start will follow at 9 a.m. with lunch provided around 2:30 p.m. There will also be door prizes and an awards presentation.

Team awards include cash prizes for teams finishing first through third place.

Individual contests include cash prizes for longest drive, straightest drive, putting and poker run. The first hole-in-one on the 10th hole wins $10,000.

Individual packages are $100 per player, which includes a goody bag and lunch. Team packages are $400, which includes four playing spots, four goody bags and lunch.

Hole sponsorships are available for $100 and includes a sign and a listing on the sponsor recognition board. Poker run is available for $20 per team.

Registration forms are available at the Boys and Girls Club of Western Benton County at 655 Heritage Court, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. Registrations must be turned in by May 11 with a check made payable to the Boys and Girls Club of Western Benton County.

Tackle football registration

The Boys and Girls Club of Western Benton County will be holding early registration for the tackle football program during the month of May. Registration will be available online beginning May 1 at bgcwbc.org or in person at the club, located at 655 Heritage Court in Siloam Springs. There will also be registration at the club on Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration cost will be $35 during the month of May and $45 after May 31.
