Bradley Wayne Bowlin

Bradley Wayne Bowlin, 30-year-old resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died May 20, 2017, in Siloam Springs. Born June 5, 1986, in Fayettevil­le, Arkansas, he was the son of Donald Bowlin and Mary Keeney Bounds. Bradley worked as a mechanism assembler at La-Z-Boy in Siloam Springs. He was a member of Cross Church.

He is survived by his wife, Ashley BowlinThom­pson of Siloam Springs; three children, Cadence Bowlin, Khyler Bowlin, and Brielle Bowlin; his mother, Mary Bounds and husband Bobby of Springdale, Arkansas; his father, Donald Bowlin of Springdale; sister, Stephanie Bowlin of Bentonvill­e, Arkansas; lifelong friend, John Wasson of Winslow, Arkansas; cousin, Steven Ingram of Springdale; stepbrothe­r, Bobby Bounds of Springdale; mother-inlaw, Kimberly Griffin of Siloam Springs; father-inlaw, Bradley Thompson of Burkburnet­t, Texas; brother-in-law, Daije Thompson of Phoenix, Arizona; and sister-in-law, Kayla Raney of Siloam Springs.

Charles David Linam

Charles David Linam, 75, of Decatur, Arkansas, died May 25, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center, Rogers, Arkansas. Born November 6, 1941, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, he was the son of Jewel Linam and Irene (Flaherty) Linam.

Charles and Tasha Kemp were married January 18, 1985. He was the former Mayor of Decatur and served also on the city council of Decatur. Charles was a substitute teacher in the Decatur school system and was a member of the Chamber of Commerce for Decatur and a member of Decatur United Methodist Church. Charles loved to fish, go camping with friends and going to the races.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jim.

Survivors include his wife Tasha of the home; son, David Linam of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; daughter, Cindy Tiepelman and husband Chris of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; grandchild, Cassidy Tiepelman of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; brothers, Paul Linam of Decatur, Arkansas and Joe Linam of Dover, Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews; and his best friends, Hays and Diane Buenning.

Eugene Raymond Longcrier

Eugene Raymond Longcrier, 82, of Kansas, Okla., died at his home on May 24, 2017.

He was born on Jan. 18, 1935, to Ervin and Linnie Longcrier, at their ranch in Colcord, Okla.

He retired after 35 years with Dow Chemical Company, then later worked with his wife, Zella, at Flint Creek Real Estate. He was an Oklahoma Quarter Horse Breeder of the Year; a Christian man who did missionary work; and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Siloam Springs, Ark. His favorite hobby was golfing.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Zella of the home; one son, Lloyd Longcrier and wife Vicky of Arlington, Texas; two daughters, Ninetta Stewart and husband, Jim of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Eugenia VanDyck and husband Larry of Siloam Springs; one brother, Henry Longcrier of Lafayette, La.; two sisters, Thelma Brown of Kansas, Okla., and Hester Kater of Santa Fe, Texas; seven grandchild­ren; and 10 great-grandchild­ren.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, at the Kansas High School gymnasium in Kansas, Okla.

Roberta Ellen Phelps

Roberta Ellen Phelps, 82, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died May 23, 2017, at Earlene Howard Hospice Home in Springdale, Ark.

She was born Nov. 18, 1934, in Belle Fourche, S.D., to Roy Lambert Nilson and May Waters Nilson. She married Thomas Phelps in Belle Fourche. They moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1979. She worked as a farmer, a bookkeeper, a business owner, a clerk at True Value and as a sample lady for Consumers. She was a member of the Logan Friendly Neighbors Club. She was a caring neighbor, fantastic cook and cat lover.

She was preceded in death by her husband; and one son, Everett Phelps.

She is survived by one son, Riley Phelps of Helena, Mont.; one daughter, Rebecca Phelps of Crestview, Fla.; a daughterin-law, Sally Phelps; four grandchild­ren; five greatgrand­children; and one sister, Evelyn Mahoney and husband Ed of Tulsa, Okla.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery, near Gentry, Ark.
