Bradley Wayne Bowlin

Bradley Wayne Bowlin, 30-year-old res­i­dent of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died May 20, 2017, in Siloam Springs. Born June 5, 1986, in Fayet­teville, Arkansas, he was the son of Don­ald Bowlin and Mary Keeney Bounds. Bradley worked as a mech­a­nism assem­bler at La-Z-Boy in Siloam Springs. He was a mem­ber of Cross Church.

He is sur­vived by his wife, Ash­ley Bowl­inThomp­son of Siloam Springs; three chil­dren, Cadence Bowlin, Khyler Bowlin, and Brielle Bowlin; his mother, Mary Bounds and hus­band Bobby of Spring­dale, Arkansas; his fa­ther, Don­ald Bowlin of Spring­dale; sis­ter, Stephanie Bowlin of Ben­tonville, Arkansas; life­long friend, John Was­son of Winslow, Arkansas; cousin, Steven In­gram of Spring­dale; step­brother, Bobby Bounds of Spring­dale; mother-in­law, Kim­berly Grif­fin of Siloam Springs; fa­ther-in­law, Bradley Thomp­son of Burk­bur­nett, Texas; brother-in-law, Daije Thomp­son of Phoenix, Ari­zona; and sis­ter-in-law, Kayla Raney of Siloam Springs.

Charles David Li­nam

Charles David Li­nam, 75, of De­catur, Arkansas, died May 25, 2017, at Mercy Med­i­cal Cen­ter, Rogers, Arkansas. Born Novem­ber 6, 1941, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, he was the son of Jewel Li­nam and Irene (Fla­herty) Li­nam.

Charles and Tasha Kemp were mar­ried Jan­uary 18, 1985. He was the for­mer Mayor of De­catur and served also on the city coun­cil of De­catur. Charles was a sub­sti­tute teacher in the De­catur school sys­tem and was a mem­ber of the Cham­ber of Com­merce for De­catur and a mem­ber of De­catur United Methodist Church. Charles loved to fish, go camp­ing with friends and go­ing to the races.

He was pre­ceded in death by his par­ents and one brother, Jim.

Sur­vivors in­clude his wife Tasha of the home; son, David Li­nam of Sand Springs, Ok­la­homa; daugh­ter, Cindy Tie­pel­man and hus­band Chris of Sand Springs, Ok­la­homa; grand­child, Cas­sidy Tie­pel­man of Sand Springs, Ok­la­homa; brothers, Paul Li­nam of De­catur, Arkansas and Joe Li­nam of Dover, Arkansas; nu­mer­ous nieces and neph­ews; and his best friends, Hays and Diane Buen­ning.

Eu­gene Ray­mond Longcrier

Eu­gene Ray­mond Longcrier, 82, of Kansas, Okla., died at his home on May 24, 2017.

He was born on Jan. 18, 1935, to Ervin and Lin­nie Longcrier, at their ranch in Col­cord, Okla.

He re­tired af­ter 35 years with Dow Chem­i­cal Com­pany, then later worked with his wife, Zella, at Flint Creek Real Es­tate. He was an Ok­la­homa Quar­ter Horse Breeder of the Year; a Chris­tian man who did mis­sion­ary work; and was a mem­ber of the First As­sem­bly of God Church in Siloam Springs, Ark. His fa­vorite hobby was golf­ing.

He is sur­vived by his wife of 64 years, Zella of the home; one son, Lloyd Longcrier and wife Vicky of Ar­ling­ton, Texas; two daugh­ters, Ninetta Ste­wart and hus­band, Jim of Bro­ken Ar­row, Okla., and Eugenia VanDyck and hus­band Larry of Siloam Springs; one brother, Henry Longcrier of Lafayette, La.; two sis­ters, Thelma Brown of Kansas, Okla., and Hester Kater of Santa Fe, Texas; seven grand­chil­dren; and 10 great-grand­chil­dren.

A memo­rial ser­vice will be held at 1 p.m. Tues­day, May 30, at the Kansas High School gym­na­sium in Kansas, Okla.

Roberta Ellen Phelps

Roberta Ellen Phelps, 82, of Siloam Springs, Ark., died May 23, 2017, at Ear­lene Howard Hos­pice Home in Spring­dale, Ark.

She was born Nov. 18, 1934, in Belle Fourche, S.D., to Roy Lam­bert Nil­son and May Wa­ters Nil­son. She mar­ried Thomas Phelps in Belle Fourche. They moved to North­west Arkansas in 1979. She worked as a farmer, a book­keeper, a busi­ness owner, a clerk at True Value and as a sam­ple lady for Con­sumers. She was a mem­ber of the Lo­gan Friendly Neigh­bors Club. She was a car­ing neigh­bor, fan­tas­tic cook and cat lover.

She was pre­ceded in death by her hus­band; and one son, Everett Phelps.

She is sur­vived by one son, Ri­ley Phelps of He­lena, Mont.; one daugh­ter, Re­becca Phelps of Crestview, Fla.; a daugh­terin-law, Sally Phelps; four grand­chil­dren; five great­grand­chil­dren; and one sis­ter, Eve­lyn Ma­honey and hus­band Ed of Tulsa, Okla.

Visi­ta­tion will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tues­day, May 30, 2017, at Was­son Fu­neral Home in Siloam Springs.

Fu­neral ser­vices will be 11 a.m. Tues­day, May 30, 2017, at Was­son Fu­neral Home in Siloam Springs. Burial will fol­low at Fair­mount Ceme­tery, near Gen­try, Ark.
